To players of 4Story Online,
Q1. There are spammers who floods [All] chat with advertisement, and I can't use the chatting normally, because of them. What can I do?
A1. The name of the spammer will be displayed on left side of the chat window. Point your mouse cursor on the spammer's character name and right click on it. Then a menu will pop up. Select Block button f Aion the menu and click on it. This will turn off the chatting message being shown on your chat window.
Q2. My character has hit level 80. After that, the experience bar is not increasing, and character isn't getting anymore EXP. Is this something normal?
A2. The maximum character level is 80 now. So once the character reaches level 80, it won't gain anymore experience points.
Q3. I suddenly got kicked out of the game, and the client shut down abnormally during the game play. What is the problem?
A3. It seems like a crash between the 4Story client file and your CPU systems. Please press Print Screen key when the error message appears, save the image as a file using mspaint, and then send it to us via 1:1 inquiry attachment.
